Most of our physical products are printed on demand and made to order. As a result, the average time from order placement to delivery is 10-20 days. Shipping within the US and EU is generally much faster.
We ship everywhere in the world except Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Antilles, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
In the event, your order never arrives, first, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, then [demail username=”[email protected]” text=”contact us”] with your order number and we’ll see what we can do.
Shipping costs for any returns will be at your expense unless we deem the situation our fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To request a return, replacement, or refund use our support portal and enter the Report ID located on your packing slip for faster service.
If an order arrives defective, then please contact us with a photo of the defective item/s and the packing slip within 5 days of its delivery. If we determine it was an error on our part or the carrier then we will entertain a return and/or refund in part or in full.
Because our physical products are printed on demand and made to order we, unfortunately, can not accepts returns or issue refunds for incorrect sizes. However, If the size of the garment is not what you ordered, then contact us with a photo that shows the size and the garment itself as well as the packing slip within 5 days of its delivery. If we determine it was an error on our part then we will entertain a return and/or refund in part or in full.
