1. What kind of data we collect
We only use the information we collect from you to process orders and to provide support for our products and services. The personal information we collect from our users are primarily but not limited to the following:

We generally don’t require account creation. However, if you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders. We will also store comments or reviews if you choose to leave them.
2. How long we retain your data
All data and metadata are retained indefinitely unless specified otherwise below. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
3. How we protect your data
Our entire site uses a secure socket layer (SSL) connection provided by industry leader Cloudflare which encrypts all data transmissions to and from our servers. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
4. Who on our team has access
Authorized members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent.
- Customer information like your name, email address, billing, and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and provide customer support services.
5. Cookies
This site uses cookies – small text files that are placed on your machine to help the site provide a better user experience. In general, cookies are used to retain user preferences, store information for things like shopping carts, and provide anonymized tracking data to third party applications like Google Analytics. As a rule, cookies will make your browsing experience better. However, you may prefer to disable cookies on this site and on others. 6. Contact forms
Submissions via our contact forms are retained indefinitely for customer service purposes. This information is protected against unauthorized access and is not to be used for marketing purposes unless authorized by you. Currently, we are using Chaport for our messaging and contact form.
7. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
8. Email subscriptions
If you submit a subscription form on our site you will be opting in for us to save your name, email address, and other relevant information via Mailchimp services. These subscriptions are used to notify you about related content, discounts & other special offers. You can opt-out or unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
9. Embedded content and services from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
10. Comments

12. Payment Processors
We use industry leader Stripe for processing payments of which your personal and payment data is stored on their servers. Please view the Stripe Privacy Policy for more details.
We also accept payments through another industry leader PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. 13. What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site you can request that we erase any private (non-public) personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
